System Administrator specializing in MDM systems for Apple and Android (m/f/d)

Permanent position, full-time · Cologne

Your Responsibilities

Providing 2nd-level support (via phone, remotely, and occasional on-site visits) as well as managing the ticket system

Developing and refining operational concepts, including in line with current security recommendations and standards

Simplifying administrative tasks using scripts and APIs

Managing, configuring, and further developing the existing infrastructure for over 100,000 Apple devices and over 8,000 Android panels

Participation in the planning, management, and oversight of IT projects and initiatives

The creation of concepts and installation guides, as well as the sharing of knowledge with colleagues (m/f/d) and customers

Your Profile

You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship with relevant professional experience or hold a degree in computer science

You have extensive experience managing Apple or Android devices in large-scale systems

Ideally, you already hold relevant certifications in Apple (Jamf, Intune, etc.) or Android (Relution, Intune, etc.) management within MDM systems

You are characterized by a strong technical understanding, a strong focus on service and solutions, and a structured and meticulous approach to your work

Optionally, you hold a Class B driver’s license

Fluency in spoken and written German is required—English is a plus

Your Experience

You are familiar with Android and Apple technologies and their management

Preferably, you have already gained experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)

You have already gained initial experience in planning, managing, or executing IT projects

You have experience creating concepts and installation guides

You already have knowledge of planning and coordinating rollouts
