Different perspectives, common goal: creating solutions that really make a difference.As a Partner Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for driving joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. You work closely with Sales, Alliances, and Marketing to translate partnerships into measurable business impact.Mission: Turn partnerships into a scalable growth and demand engine.What you can expect:Co-Marketing & Campaign ExecutionPlan and execute joint marketing campaigns (events, webinars, digital, content) with partnersDevelop co-branded content (case studies, solution briefs, campaigns)Activate partner channels to increase reach and demand generationPartner Collaboration & EnablementAct as the main marketing contact for partnersWork with Partner Managers and Sales to align joint GTM activitiesEnable partners with messaging, assets, and campaign toolkitsPipeline & Revenue FocusDrive lead generation and pipeline through partner programsTranslate marketing activities into sales-relevant outcomes (meetings, opportunities)Support co-selling motions and joint account developmentProgram ManagementManage partner marketing plans, calendars, and budgetsCoordinate campaigns across internal teams and external partnersEnsure consistent execution across channels and regionsPerformance & KPIsTrack and report on partner pipeline contribution, campaign ROI and lead quality, and partner engagementOptimize programs based on data and performance insightsWhat were looking for:3–5 years in B2B Marketing or Partner MarketingExperience with co-marketing programs and campaignsStrong understanding of sales alignment and pipeline generationStrong project and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesHands-on mindset with execution focusNice to Have: Experience with technology partners / alliances (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, consultancies) and Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Working Model Part-time: 40–80%High flexibility, focused on priority partners and key initiativesStrong ownership with visible impact on pipeline and growthWho is SoftProject?SoftProject GmbH is a leading European provider of data management, process automation, and digital transformation solutions.
