You will act as a key contact for employees, ensuring systems, infrastructure, and user access are effectively maintained to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives. Your Role Accountabilities… • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding IT-related issues, providing first- and second-level support to ensure efficient problem resolution • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across IT systems, ensuring accurate provisioning, maintenance, and governance of user access • Monitor, maintain, and support the company’s network and IT infrastructure, contributing to the continuous improvement, optimisation, and reliability of business-critical systems • Set up and deploy new workstations, coordinate office moves, provide and manage hardware, and diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise operational disruptions • Partner with production teams and business functions to provide technical support and actively contribute to the successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects • Support the broader IT team with a variety of operational and strategic initiatives, helping to maintain a stable, service-oriented, and efficient IT environment Qualifications
