Key Responsibilities: 1. To perform analysis of new source sample of new products. 2. To perform daily and monthly accuracy & Calibration of all analytical instrument. 3. To develop the analytical method of new finished product. 4. To prepare analytical method validation/verification protocols and reports. 5. To perform analytical method validation/verification/ method, transfer related analysis. 6. To maintain that all data generated are accurate, clear, must be fully documented and records in specific formats, log books. 7. To prepare and check the analytical raw data. 8. To prepare standard operating procedures (SOP) for Research and Development. 9. To participate preventive maintenance related activities with supplier/engineer. 10. To prepare working standards for Research and Development activities. 11. To check analysis of new source sample of new products. 12. To prepare working standards and mass management. 13. To prepare specification and standard testing procedure of Raw materials/finished product. 14. To check analysis of Lab trial and Stability study batches. 15. To prepare protocol of Lab, Development, stability study, Method validation/Verification and Transfer samples management. 16. To raise the requisition for the availability of resources like CRS, WS, columns, reagents etc. for smooth operation R&D (Analytical) activities. 17. To prepare the laboratory analytical reagents, labeled according to written procedures, maintained storage conditions, standardized and revalidated if necessary. 18. To perform gap analysis of new projects. 19. To face internal and external audit. 20. To maintain GLP in Analytical lab of Research and Development. 21. To train up and develop the junior colleagues of Research and Development.
