Starting from 2025 Winter Semester, I will commence my Masters education on Social Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development at Neu- Ulm University of Applied Sciences. This course focuses much on how to work on social business models, project and change management, and sustainability strategies, while also gaining hands-on experience with companies and start-ups.
I completed my Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering at MVJ College of Engineering, Bangalore, where I gained a strong foundation in core areas like reaction engineering, heat and mass transfer, and process design. Alongside theory, the program gave me plenty of hands-on lab experience, projects, and exposure to real-world applications through internships. It helped me understand how chemical processes shape industries like pharmaceuticals, energy, and materials, while also building my problem-solving and analytical skills. Overall, it was a solid blend of technical learning and practical application that prepared me for both professional roles and further studies.
Erfahrungen
I have worked at TE Connectivity in two roles that helped me build both technical and analytical expertise. As an Associate Compliance Engineer, I was responsible for ensuring products met global environmental and regulatory standards by reviewing supplier declarations, managing compliance data, and supporting initiatives like RoHS, REACH, and product carbon footprint reporting. Later, as a Planning Analyst, I focused on supply chain planning—forecasting demand, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, managing materials and inventory, and ensuring production schedules were met efficiently. Together, these experiences strengthened my skills in compliance, data analysis, and cross-functional project coordination.
I worked as a Project Development Engineer at Leader Life Sciences in Dubai, where I was involved in driving projects from concept to execution in the life sciences sector. My role included coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical and commercial proposals, managing timelines, and ensuring projects aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards. This position gave me hands-on experience in project planning, stakeholder management, and delivering solutions that support innovation in healthcare and life sciences.
As the R&D Technical Lead and Co-founder of Sustachio, my role is a mix of hands-on product development and strategic decision-making to bring our sustainable food packaging to life. Received Kickstart funding from BMBF (Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Germany) in 2024 to support early-stage development. Focused on bio composite material formulation, dry-moulded fiber production, and EU-compliant packaging validation.
