Designed and developed corresponding visual representations of the data using the in-house data analytics tool ScaleData. Proposed improvements to enhance the operational effectiveness of ScaleData and supported in troubleshooting and debugging (Python, PHP, Bash) while expanding it as a cross-platform software. Presented the deliverables and reports to clients and management teams ensuring clear communication of the process and results.
