I am Umer Ahmed Khan, a motivated graduate in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with strong expertise in materials characterization, failure analysis, corrosion engineering, and process optimization. Through my role as a Research Trainee at Peoples Steel Mills Ltd., I gained hands-on experience in non-destructive testing (NDT), microstructural evaluation, and heat treatment processes.

My industrial internships at Atlas Engineering Ltd. and Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works enhanced my understanding of foundry operations, welding technology, and quality assurance. Alongside my technical background, I have developed proficiency in data analytics, SPSS, Python, MATLAB, and machine learning, allowing me to integrate data-driven approaches into engineering problem-solving.

I am an analytical, adaptable, and innovation-driven individual passionate about advanced materials, sustainable technologies, and industrial research.
