Hi! I’m Arik Jonas Vella,
I am a highly self motivated person born and raised in Malta. With a background in Psychology & sales, I traveled to Sweden to earn my education in Human-Computer Interaction & User Experience. Now, I have moved to Germany with my German family, and am looking to develop my career in UX/UI Design & Research.
I enjoy designing with figma & game development in my free time. I am constantly looking to learn new systems, become proficient with the tools I use, learn about new tools, & having continuous development.

Worked with my University department as the amanuensis for our UX lab - which involved; - Aiding my colleagues with tools such as 3D printing, Figma, Cricut, & MS. - Maintained & reparied physical equipment mentioned above. - Acted as a communication bridge between my colleagues & our department heads.
2 years of professional sales & client service experience. Main responsibilites included; - Upselling & Crossselling of telecommunication services such as television, internet, & mobile plans. - Customer service related to technical issues, software (website & app), & billing. - Processing bill payments. - Building client relationships & follow-through. - Client retention.
