Section Manager Job Description People Management Accountable for the technical guidance of the assigned team. Oversees team member’s work regarding the quality and results. Communicates the strategy. Makes decision on hiring, as well as on disciplinary actions and terminations. Establishes performance reviews and conversations and decides on training measures. Performs salary and bonus planning. Sales, Earnings and Customer Care Supports the budget planning process by delivering relevant numbers and plans for the area. Communicates key figures and assigns targets. Monitors and reports key figures / ensures information flow. Decides on actions for deviations from plan Cooperates with the local sales manager in acquiring new customers and participating in sales events or trade fairs.
