Safety, Health sustain ISO 14001 certification, water and energy conservation, waste reduction and pollution prevention. Key focuses on maintaining wastewater land application/groundwater discharge operations. Track hazardous and universal waste usage and coordinate disposal. Complete all MDEQ, and EPA environmental reports with supporting records, inspections, and documentation to comply with all permit regulations and reporting requirements. Lead zero waste journeys. Work with Campus leadership to develop and manage environmental cost saving projects. Be able to manage digital tools must be capable of making well-informed decisions in both routine and non-routine situations. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with audiences that have a broad range of background and understanding Training and presentation skills. Able to work and lead in team environment Working knowledge of OSHA, and Michigan Worker’s Compensation Law Technical writing skills (policies, procedures, reference manuals) Computer skills (Microsoft/Windows based) Excel
