Manager CAD Tools & Processes Team (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Shape the future of Advantest’s ECAD and MCAD tools and processes inside Hardware R&D
People Management of the CAD tools & processes team
Work with different functional areas and customers to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions
Lead and coach the team in delivering improvements to our CAD tools and processes
Hire new team members and develop the team towards independent, innovative and high-quality project execution
Responsible for delivery against specific targets and assigned projects.
Build a vision and strategy for the team, derived from Advantest’s overall goals

Your Qualifications
Degree in electronics/electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with CAD design tools in product development
Experience in a lead or supervisory role
Good team, communication and organizational skills
Strong customer focus and structured, independent working style
Advanced English and German language skills
Proven ability to develop teams, foster individual talents and maintain a positive team spirit
