Engineer for Digital Engineering (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Support the implementation and operation of Digital Engineering capabilities within assigned domains or projects
Contribute to cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, IT, and other stakeholders by providing engineering input and feedback
Support pilots, rollouts, and improvement initiatives for Digital Engineering solutions under guidance of senior team members
Assist in analyzing engineering workflows and identifying improvement opportunities related to efficiency, quality, and data consistency
Support adoption activities such as documentation, user support, and training preparation
Contribute data and feedback to help assess the effectiveness of Digital Engineering solutions and improvements

Your Qualifications
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical discipline
Several years of professional experience in engineering environments, preferably with deep involvement in usage, rollout and maintenance of digital tools and processes
Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and experience with engineering authoring or lifecycle systems (e.g. Windchill, Teamcenter, Xpedition, NX)
Willingness to learn and apply new methods, tools, and processes in a structured engineering environment
Analytical mindset with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented working style
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional and international teams
Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
