资深销售主任 Senior Sales Executive Job Descriptions: The company is a leading enterprise in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry, with its workplace located in Shenzhen. 公司是检测认证(TIC)行业的龙头企业,工作地点在深圳。 Responsible for promoting and selling product testing and certification services (AV/IT and peripheral related products) in Shenzhen and surrounding areas. 在深圳及周边地区负责推广销售电子电气产品类测试及认证服务(周边产品方向) Collect information on new technologies and new markets such as Audio/video products and peripheral appliances; output analysis reports and business plans timely, assist in the development of new services. 收集音视频产品、周边设备新技术新产品及市场信息,定期输出分析报告和开发计划,协助新服务的开发。 Develop new customers and new business related to electrical products at strategic direction (e.g. AR glasses, AI devices, acoustic products, drone, etc.) and maintain stable relationships with key accounts. 开发电子电气类新客户及新业务(如AR眼镜,AI产品,声学类产品,无人机等),维护大客户的关系稳定。 Job Requirements: Graduated with a bachelor’s degree. Priority given to science and engineering direction. 大学本科毕业,学士学位。理工科优先。 Familiar with TIC industry, able to establish effective channels for information collection and cooperation resources to formulate sales strategies. 熟悉TIC行业的运作模式,能建立有效的信息和合作渠道以制定销售策略。 Familiar with wireless and electrical products, capable of analyzing and exploring hot issues, and strong capabilities of new customer development. 熟悉消费类无线和电子产品,有能力分析和发掘行业的热点问题,具备较强的新客户开发能力。 Customer orientation and negotiation skills, adept at building and maintaining customer relationships. 具备良好的客户导向意识和客户谈判技巧,善于搭建及维护客户关系。 Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to maintain work status under pressure. 具备较强的问题分析和解决能力,较强的与人沟通协作能力,能在压力下保持工作状态。
