1. Conduct material testing to ensure raw materials meet company and industry standards for plastic pipe production. 2. Monitor the production processes by performing inspections at various stages to identify any defects or inconsistencies. 3. Perform dimensional checks and pressure tests on finished pipes to ensure they meet specifications for size, durability and performance. 4. Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements, identify root causes of defects, and suggest processes optimizations. 5. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy in quality assessments.

1. Approve, implement and validate materials/process specifications. Make timely review and initiate actions for revision/modification of specifications/process. 2. Innovate and implement various initiative to achieve the overall business objective of our organization. 3. Responsible to eliminate technical problems related to Extrusion, Banbury, Calendering, and Bead processes. 4. Responded promptly to equipment failures, diagnosing issues, and implementing necessary repairs. 5. Proper execution and co-ordination of shift activities of new product development and product and process improvement projects at Banbury
