The core of my studies is in two areas: Technology Leverage: Understanding key digital tools (AI, data analytics, cloud platforms) and how they create business value. Organizational Change: Managing the human side of transformation leading people, redesigning processes, and building a culture that adapts to a digital world. My role is to act as the strategic link, translating technical potential into practical, sustainable business results.
Erfahrungen
