● Working on Oracle Fusion Applications (Product Lifecycle Management, Quality Management, Innovation Management, Supply Chain Management, Product Information Management) ● Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud PLM for 6+ industry leading high-tech manufacturing and life sciences companies with complete milestones including CRP, UAT, SIT, Go-Live and post Go-Live support ● Providing business process consultancy that combines the industry's best practices for preliminary design products, production items, and commercialized products along with the change management process resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness for clients. ● Extensive experience in legacy systems such as Oracle EBS, Agile PLM, and Teamcenter ● Configuration of problem reports, corrective actions, SCARs, CAPA, Audit, Validation Requests, Non-Conformance Reports, Engineering change orders, and change requests in compliance with ISO Quality Management Standards. ● Oversee end-to-end integration processes, including leading the functional design, mapping documents, and testing for inbound and outbound integrations with Oracle Cloud and other enterprise applications and ERP/MCAD/ ECAD platforms. ● Creation of result-oriented reports, analysis, and data models along with custom dashboards that can ease the business process. ● Manage the interdependencies of operational sides of the products covering manufacturing, inventory, services, planning, purchasing, sales, and order management related details. ● Bridge the gap between Engineering Teams and Software teams to provide customized solutions to fulfill industrial needs. ● End User IT support, KPI Bowler and Ticket management through Service Now ● Oversee and Lead the quarterly SOX Audit for Users and Role Access Management
