• Planned and executed blueprints and technical Drawings(2D) for Semiconductor inspection tools. • Well Knowledge in the Optomechanical Division Tools like Overlay, Handlers. • In-depth knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) like Enovia and Product Data Management(PDM)like Solidworks PDM and Creo Windchill. • Develops and validates Operation Method Sheets (OMS), Pro Process and BOM for moderately complex assemblies in software like Solidworks and Creo. • Coordinate between design and production teams to do Engineering change order (ECO) with Engineering Change Notice (ECN) to improve the existing tools to meet a high level of Quality. • Expert in 3D modeling, creating BOM, and Drafting activities • Work with a team of 18 to design, build, and install a wide range of inspection tool for use in semiconductors industries. • Designed Enclosure for Semiconductor Inspection Camera Jig Mount (Overlay).
