alongside my professional experience in a practical working environment.
I bring over five years of professional experience in operations coordination, logistics
support, documentation handling, and customer-facing roles across aviation and service
industries. In my most recent role as a Flight Operations & Logistics Associate, I was
responsible for coordinating time-sensitive operations, managing inventory and in-flight
logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This experience
strengthened my ability to work accurately under pressure while coordinating with
cross-functional teams.
Previously, during my role with Teleperformance in food logistics support, I monitored and
tracked deliveries, coordinated with suppliers and delivery partners, analyzed operational
data, and supported process improvements to enhance supply chain visibility and
efficiency. These responsibilities required strong organizational skills, attention to detail,
and clear communication, all of which I consider key strengths.
As an international student in Germany, I am highly motivated, reliable, and accustomed to
working in structured and multicultural environments. I am proficient in English and have
basic working knowledge of German (A2), which I am actively improving. I am comfortable
using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems, and I value accuracy,
responsibility, and teamwork in all professional settings.
