I joined the parastatal as a graduate trainee and scaled up over the years to a Regional Operations Manager.My main achievements included: -Developing Posta Pay; an omnichannel payment solution facilitating last mile payments of disbursements and collection which promoted financial inclusivity. -Administration of CT-OVC World bank project of cash transfer disbursements to vulnerable persons in Kenya and successfully deployed and reconciled over $9 million monthly. My main role included providing data-driven insights to stakeholders aiding in strategic decision making through KPIs and data pre-requisites enabling comprehensive tracking and insightful analysis of organizational performance.

Managed day to day financial operations through budgeting and forecasting to achieve actionable insights for the organization.
