• Software testing for Mercedes infotainment system. • Maintaining and taking care of the inflow bugs from other domains and reduce regression. • Updating and maintaining my dashboard and confluence page for providing good numbers. • Flashing the latest software and finging the bugs in the system. • Maintaing our team's DPM board to show the pareto chart for each catagory.

1. Create incident tickets and solve the issue the client has, if it is a global issue, raise a high-priority incident and the solution must be provided within 45 minutes. 2. Work with client company's users and fix their issues on a daily basis. 3. Able to use my knowledge effectively in client meetings. 4. Communicate effectively and explain business requirements to team members to understand and implement functional demands.
